In short. You may use Arrayora to write formulas in your own workbooks. Free features need no account. Pro is tied to your Microsoft account and works on one device at a time. Always check the preview before inserting: formulas can be wrong. Paid plans are prepaid and never renew or charge you automatically. Your rights under Indian consumer law, and any mandatory consumer law of your country, are not reduced by these terms.
1. Agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Mithlesh Udainiya, trading as Arrayora by Udainiya Technologies ("we", "us"). Our postal address is in section 12. You accept them by ticking "I agree" in Arrayora. They include the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Arrayora.
If you get Arrayora through Microsoft AppSource or the Microsoft Marketplace, this agreement is between you and us only. Microsoft is not a party to it and is not responsible for Arrayora or its support.
2. Who may use Arrayora
Age requirement. Arrayora is a productivity tool for work and business use. You must be at least 18 years old to use Arrayora, including its free features and its Pro/AI features. Arrayora is not designed for, marketed to, or intended for anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please do not install or use Arrayora. When you first open Arrayora you are asked to confirm that you are 18 or older; the box is never pre-ticked.
If you use Arrayora for an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it.
3. Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Arrayora inside Microsoft Excel for your own or your organisation's work, according to your plan. You may not:
- copy, modify, resell, sublicense or redistribute Arrayora;
- reverse-engineer it or bypass its licensing, usage limits or payment checks, except where law expressly allows;
- share one Pro account among several people, or create many accounts to avoid limits;
- use it to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, or send malicious content to our server or AI provider.
Arrayora, its code, mascots, artwork and name belong to us or our licensors. Your workbooks and the formulas inserted into them belong to you.
3A. Accounts and devices
- Free features work without an account. You are asked to sign in (with a Microsoft account) only when you buy or use Pro or a top-up.
- Pro and credits belong to your account, not to one computer. Clearing the add-in's storage or using "Reset this seat" does not lose them; sign in again.
- One Pro account works on one device at a time. Signing in on a new device signs the previous device out. An account can sign in up to 6 times a day.
- Keep your Microsoft account secure. You are responsible for use of Pro through your account.
3B. What is sent when AI is used
Only on Pro or a top-up, and only for requests that cannot be solved on your computer, Arrayora sends from the active sheet: your typed request, the sheet name, the range address, the number of rows and columns, and the column headings. With Privacy Shield on (the default) no cell values are sent. With Privacy Shield off, the first row of the range is sent as it is. Full details are in the Privacy Policy, section 3.
4. AI-assisted results: please check them
Arrayora builds formulas from your words, sometimes with help from an AI model. Formulas can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for your purpose. Arrayora shows a preview and writes nothing until you press Insert. You are responsible for checking the preview and the results before relying on them, especially for financial, tax, legal, medical or other important decisions. Arrayora is a spreadsheet tool, not professional advice.
5. Plans, prices and limits

- No automatic renewal. We never charge you automatically. When a plan ends, you return to Free unless you choose to pay again.
- Changing plans. Buying the plan you already have adds its days. Buying a different plan starts it at once, and the unused days of your old plan become extra days on the new plan at the same value (old price per day divided by new price per day), so nothing you paid is lost.
- Yearly plans give a fresh set of AI credits every 31 days. Credits left at the end of a 31-day period do not carry over.
- If your 2,000 AI credits run out before the 31 days end, Pro stays active: formulas solved on your computer, all themes and mascots keep working. AI-assisted requests start again when you buy a top-up or a new Pro period. Arrayora does not switch you to a different or free AI model.
- Requests that fail use no credits. If the AI service does not return a usable formula, that request does not reduce your credits.
- The price you see is the total you pay. If we become registered for GST, the total including GST will be shown before you pay. There are no hidden fees.
- Fair-use protection. Each paid plan has an AI cost limit for every 31-day period. Credits are sized so that using all of them normally stays well inside it. Only unusual use (for example a very large number of failed or very long requests) can reach it; then AI pauses until your next 31-day period, Arrayora tells you so plainly, and local formulas keep working.
- Busy service. If our usage records cannot be checked for a moment, Arrayora asks you to try again in a minute instead of running the AI request. No credit is used.
- We may change prices for future purchases. A change never affects a period you have already paid for.
Payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms. Refunds and cancellation are covered by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Availability
We work to keep Arrayora available but do not promise uninterrupted service. AI-assisted requests depend on our server and the AI provider; when they are unavailable, Arrayora tries to solve the request on your computer or tells you it cannot.
7. Suspension and ending
You may stop using Arrayora at any time by removing the add-in. We may suspend or end an account that breaks section 3, after telling you why where the law allows. If we end a paid account without your fault, we refund the unused part of the paid period.
8. Warranty disclaimer
Apart from the promises in these terms and the rights you cannot give up under law, Arrayora is provided "as is". We do not promise that every formula will be correct or suit your purpose.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about Arrayora is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost data arising from formulas you chose to insert. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Complaints and disputes
Please contact our Grievance Officer first (details in the Privacy Policy, section 11). We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your right to approach a Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, courts at District Jalaun (Orai), Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country.
11. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, the add-in will show the new version and ask you to agree again. Changes never apply to a period you have already paid for.
